They have classes in the Outpatient Lactation Center.
Adventures in Breastfeeding class is for babies 0-3 months of age. They meet every Wednesday from 10-11:30.
All About Moms class is a free support group to help any moms out there who need help with an breastfeeding or pumping issue. Also to a group where you can get support from other moms. The class meets every Monday from 10-11:30. This is for babies up to a year old

Texas Children’s The Woodlands
Breastfeeding Friends – Breastfeeding away from Home
is a free class to help moms feel more comfortable breastfeeding in public. This class is for babies 0-6 months of age. Check the calendar for the dates it’s available.
The First Days of Breastfeeding
this class usually follows right after the tour. If you do not wish to go to the tour give them a call at 832.825.3276 (option 3).
This class is 45 mins focused on the first two weeks of Breastfeeding. Check the calendar for the dates it’s available.
Breastfeeding Friends – Pumping, Bottles, and Breastfeeding
is a free class for mothers who want to learn how to pump and give their baby a bottle. This class is for babies 0-6 months of age

Houston Methodist – Child birth Center
offer classes that are free. Call to register for the class 936-270-3333. Also in the gift shop you can rent pumps and buy things that help with breastfeeding.
La Leche League – The Woodlands
a support group of moms who breastfeed.
There support groups are the 2nd Friday of every month at The woodlands lactation center (9250 Pinecroft Dr.) at 10am
They also have another support group every Third Thursday at 7pm at Texas Children’s Health Center Waiting room at St. Luke’s (17198 St. Luke’s Way #300).

The meet at Rebel Birth Education and Resource Haven on Tuesdays 9am-11am.
Conroe Regional
They offer a class that’s breastfeeding basics and beyond. Its a 2 hr class that teaches you the anatomy and physiology of the breasts during pregnancy and breastfeeding. They also teach you techniques that help with breastfeeding when you first start. The class also teaches you about the about pumping and storage of breast milk.
